Her professional journey includes key roles at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce such as Chief Talent Development Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Vice President of Member Value and Strategic Alliances, Vice President of Policy, and Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

Prior to her time at the Chamber, Stephanie worked in various capacities at the U.S. House of Representatives, where she honed her skills in public relations, communications, and legislative correspondence.
