Stephane Lubiarz is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and business.

He holds a Master's degree from Télécom Paris, an Exec' MBA from HEC Paris, and an engineering degree from ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique.

Stephane is the CEO and Founder of TYLIA Invest, where he brings his extensive experience and expertise to the forefront.

Prior to that, he was the Founder and board member at IT-Capital, and held various key positions at prestigious organizations such as Nortel, Matra communications, and Alcatel.

His leadership roles at Nortel included being the WiMAX business development leader for Southern Europe, Africa, and Russia, as well as Wireless Marketing Leader and Marketing Manager.

Stephane Lubiarz has also been actively involved in the academic sector, having served as a Member of the scientific direction at Institut Mines-Télécom.
