. Development and management of a strategic roadmap of new business opportunities for the Entertainment Division.
. Delivered new annual revenues of 4M€ pre-Covid with an annual growth rate (14-19 CAGR) of 70%.

2019-2022: Digital Transformation
. Design and implementation of a digital marketplace for TV professionals (OneMIP). Project sponsored by RX Group COO and main RX technology investment of 2021. 
. Successful launch after 12 months of large-scale tech development and project management across France, UK and India.

2016-2019: Diversification
. Identification and execution of entry strategy into esports with launch of 2 events in Cannes and Miami, quickly becoming the business reference for the sector (Esports BAR).
. Management of the Esports P&L growth: sales & marketing strategy, team recruitment and management (7 people), brand internal and external representation. Achieved 4x revenue growth in 2 years.

2013-2016: International Expansion
. Identification and prioritisation of territories with growth potential for the TV portfolio; design and launch of 2 events in Latin America and China (MIP Cancun, MIP China).
. Lead negotiations and process of due diligence and financial modelling for the acquisition of a portfolio of international events.

Strategy and Business Development Director

. Creation of a new transversal marketing organisation and culture based on strong brand vision, best in class expertise, 360-degree customer view, data, measurement and ROI focus (25 people, 1M€ budget).
. Implementation of key innovations‒inbound marketing, content marketing, social media marketing‒creating best practices and standards applied to the whole company.
. Repositioning and rebranding of the Division’s portfolio, enabling clarification and reinforcement of brand values, messaging and graphical execution of the 7 brands.

Marketing and Strategy Director - Entertainment Division

. Definition and execution of product, marketing, influence and partnership strategy to attract and grow revenues from the digital segment in challenging music industry’s transformation context. Reached 10% of Midem client companies and 15% of revenues, offsetting losses in traditional segments for most of the period. 
. Creation and management of MidemNet P&L, a side event focused on Digital Transformation & Innovation. Delivered an annual revenue growth rate (02-08 CAGR) of 25% and acquisition of leading digital companies.
. Development of content and marketing expertise and building a team from 1 to 10 people.

. Overall project management for the launch; coordination of logistics; supervision of local providers in Miami.
. Implementation of all communications; planification and execution of media and marketing campaigns.

. Structuring and management of all operations for this new activity‒contract negotiations, budget, relations with collective rights organisations; Production of 5 albums.
