Stela Lupushor

Stela Lupushor is a dedicated professional focused on humanizing the workplace through innovation, execution, education, network building, and thought leadership. She collaborates with startups and venture funds to shape workplace solutions and advises organizational leadership on creating exceptional workplace experiences.

As an adjunct at NYU School of Professional Studies, Stela teaches courses on Digital Workplace Design and Design Thinking as part of the Human Capital Analytics and Technology Master's program. She is a co-founder of the Strategic HR Analytics Meet-up, which has attracted nearly 2,600 members over the past five years, influencing the discourse on people analytics.

Stela is a respected author, co-writing "Humanizing Human Capital: Invest in Your People for Optimal Business Returns" and "Humans At Work: The Art and Practice of Creating the Hybrid Workplace." Her extensive professional experience includes transformative roles at Fidelity Investments, TIAA, IBM, Price Waterhouse, and PwC Consulting at the nexus of technology, analytics, and HR.
