Steffen Vollert is a hands-on executive with a passion for building FinTech startups from inception.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management with a specialization in Finance & SAP from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has a background in Engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Steffen has an extensive organizational history, having been involved in various roles and ventures, from co-founding Vintage Tractors to serving as Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer at Volt.io.

He has held roles such as Entrepreneur In Residence at Uneti Ventures, Chairman Of the Supervisory Board at Bayonet.io, and Strategic Advisor at Sentinels, ZEN.COM, among others.

Steffen has demonstrated his expertise in consulting, management, and strategic advisory positions with companies like Matrix Capital Management Company, L.P., Bolt, and G2A.COM.

His experience also extends to leadership positions in global expansion, product development, software development, and economic development with notable companies like Adyen, XITE Networks International, and NFIA/ Consulate General of the Netherlands.
