Stefanie Ferracciu is a Brazilian HR expert with a diverse background in human resources, including recruitment and selection, training and development, internal communication, organizational climate, organizational development, performance management, and entry-level programs. With significant experience in strategic planning and development in the field of HR, Ferracciu has a particular emphasis on organizational development and has implemented guidelines based on PDCA and SWOT methodologies, including the development of corporate universities, indicator management, entry-level programs, and performance management across a wide range of organizations.
Ferracciu studied Psychology at the prestigious Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and later attended Harvard Law School, where she completed a course in negotiation. Her career began as an HR Intern Generalist at L'Oréal, where she trained and developed her skills at a major multinational corporation. She then went on to work as an HR Business Partner Analyst at L'Oréal before joining BRMALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S/A as an HR Trainee before progressing to HR Specialist and then later HR Coordinator. At Cyrela, another major Brazilian corporation, Ferracciu worked as an HR coordinator before moving on to the Fundação Lemann, where she collaborated as an HR Coordinator to manage their recruitment and selection processes. Most recently, prior to becoming the HR Director at Gupy, Ferracciu was a Technical Leader Customer Success at Gupy.
With a demonstrated ability to manage high-performance teams and develop policies and processes at the national level, Ferracciu has a passion for human resources and a talent for developing strategies that enhance organizational performance, engagement and employee development.
