- Oversaw financial closing and forecasting activities with team of 4 financial analyst and filled in annual income tax return statements, ensuring 100% compliance with corporate tax regulation, reporting to company MD and Group CFO. 

- Created and implemented a new Cash Flow Reporting system for actual (on daily, weekly and monthly basis) and predictive data (monthly, quarterly and annual forecast), resulting in better performances, 100% on time delivery. 

- Prepared a restructuring plan with centralization of marketing, production and logistics functions, resulting in with higher revenues generation by +10% and minimization of production and operational costs by 15% annually.

- Prepared Consolidated Budget and Rolling Forecast, IAS/IFRS Group Reporting Package, managing 30 Finance managers and monthly reviewing 40 subsidiaries reports, asking for corrective action plans to minimize any discrepancies against budget. 

- Enhanced Group reporting for top management, proposing and applying new top management reports. 

- Organized set of reports for a due diligence, required by Private Equity Found intending to invest in the Group.

- Set up migration project to new ERP MS Navision, designing model integration between business operating processes and new accounting system.

- Supervised a team of five resources for treasury and finance day by day activities, generating finance reports to Group Finance Director. 

- Managed 650 million euro of credit lines, planned finance for Group (short, medium and long-term planning of financial needs and cash flow) and negotiated credit lines and maintained relationships with banks.

- Elaborated annual budget and IAS/IFRS monthly Reporting Package, rolling forecast, with financial and business analysis of variances, directly reporting to Consolidation Manager.

- Led business reengineering, implementing a new internal control system, eliminating 100% audit issues and publishing written procedures, including Business Continuity & IT Disaster Recovery manual.

- Lead cross functional project to improve Cash Flow, resulting in an increase of around 7 million euro, over budget.

Reporting Package Specialist (Italian HQ)

- Performed internal audits in various group subsidiaries, removing 100% internal control issues and submitting audit recommendations to senior management.

- Established and applied a new Corporate Risk Management System, under supervision of Group Risk Manager, in order to identify top corporate risks and put in place all needed actions needed to mitigate and reduce risks. 

- Carried out analysis, monitoring of Risk Assessment Questionnaires completed by CFOs of all Group subsidiaries and produced Risk Management reports to Group top management.
