Pedro Fernandes de Carvalho

Pedro de Carvalho is a seasoned professional with vast experience leading complex and strategic projects, including corporate finance, strategic plans, and international M&A deals. With an educational background in business administration and management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and Fundação Dom Cabral, Pedro brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise in valuation, modeling, negotiation, and due diligence processes.

Pedro has held several key positions in different organizations over the years, including Vice-President on Group Corporate Development / Business Development at Capgemini, where he was responsible for leading and managing the entire business development and M&A process for the Latin American and Cloud Infra units. He was also a former Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor Relationship Executive, where he was responsible for managing Board of Directors meetings, investor reports, and corporate governance for the Latin American business.
