Monitors digital technology development and drives innovation in a number of different ways. Assists the business in including the digital technologies in Ramboll's offering and also puts the architecture on new products and services when they are based on digital platforms.

This in turn, opens up for more effective communication, work order management and attendance reporting, while the tool itself will increase the employee's digital maturity and makes them more attractive in the labor market.

Samhall 23,000 employees and 13,000 missions / year places great demands on workforce management, but managing the planned turn over of 1000 employees every year also requires effective systems and processes.

As Head of Enterprise Architecture, my focus is to help our 10.000 talented project managers and engineers to build teams across borders, find unique expertise, collaborate, work with the latest technology and deliver innovative solutions. I’m focusing on architectural long term planning and strategic initiatives in our operating model that makes us stronger together.  

I’m also helping our process owners to choose the right tool and organization to support the critical capabilities in the actual process. Sometimes I do workshops to illustrate the need (and impact) of changing processes.

Functions for Enterprise architecture, Global IT Competence Center, IT Program Management Office included around 25 employees.

My overall responsibility in Ramböll Sweden is to facilitate that Ramböll's processes are optimized in the best possible way, so that the company's competitiveness is increased at all levels.

The market means that we must work both smarter and more efficient, while the quality always is the focus of everything we do. New technology, intelligent systems and high efficiency in our processes is becoming increasingly important to our offer. 

Major focus has been on efficiency and quality improvement of administrative processes. I have developed both the overall strategy and goals / activity plans for a large number of employees and managers. The purpose of the change process was strongly linked to increasing collaboration, both within and outside Sweden.

Responible for IT, Facility Management, Procurement and Business Development. 
Managing around 40 people.

IT - & Business Support Director

Mapping of main financial, HR and core business processes in workshops including definitions of information assets and needed system support.

Developed and designed a tool for the manager to create employment contracts. Based on SharePoint and BizTalk, fully integrated with governmental services for addresses, tax information, statistics, pension etc. The system handles all the details of the process "From a candidate to hire - to the first day at work" for all involved departments, including ordering personal equipment and integrations to surrounding systems. Focus was on making the hiring process fast and efficient by guiding the manager through 17 combinations of contract conditions, but also to make the onboarding process more "welcoming" by involving the candidate from the date when the contract was signed.

Business case was based on saving in administrative resources and higher data quality.

Mapped the tender process, "From request - to signed contract", the Travel and Expense Process, and most of the finacial processes as part of a large ERP project. But also been the driver behind the change management that comes with new routines and systems.

Enterprise Architect

Created and aligned the IT strategy and planning with company's business goals. With Enterprise Architecture as a strategy I moved the maturity in most areas and reduced costs for IT operations by 30%.  

Also introduced organizational structures for managing change requests and system support for the major processes, (Super Users). I was also one of the drivers behind the internal change management program that aimed to associate G4S with the most technical and innovative security solutions in the business.

Worked with bigger Sharepoint projects ( Intranet, workflow solutions, etc ) but also major changes in CRM (Lime, Super Office, Microsoft CRM), ERP (SAP), HR (Personec H & L ) / Inhouse developed planning system. Introduced PDA to the mobile workforce with both work order and radio via GPRS functionality.

Managed 15 people and used a budget of around 15% of the yearly Opex for business development. Totally 4500 users.

G4S Security Services

Head of IT

Responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware, software and network. Prenax had, at this time approx. 120 employees at 7 different offices in Europe and USA and I was then responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring related network equipment. I handled support, purchasing, IT/IS related contracts for the entire company.

I was also responsible for the entire payroll process (in the Swedish business), and has extensive experience in reading and interpreting agreements and a good understanding of payroll-related accounting. Managing of pension and health insurance was also included in that role.
