Stanislav Shishkin

Stanislav Shishkin is making waves as an associate in the private equity team at Goodwin in London with a wealth of experience in management buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions, group reorganisations and GP-led fund restructurings. Shishkin previously honed his craft as an associate at King & Wood Mallesons and as a trainee solicitor at the same firm. The knowledgeable solicitor also worked as an aviation finance paralegal at Clyde & Co LLP before completing his studies. Shishkin studied for an LLB, Law and Politics at the University of Essex before securing an LLM in International Banking and Finance from University College London, U. of London.
