David Berkal

David Berkal is the CEO of Banyan Software, a position he has held since March 2016. Under his leadership, Banyan Software focuses on acquiring, building, and growing enterprise software companies. Berkal has a strong background in operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategy, sales, and marketing. He is also the Chairman of Medicat, LLC, a leading patient health management system in the college health market, which serves over 3.5 million students across various educational institutions.
