Stacy Fann

Stacy Fann is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in contracts management, deal desk operations, and paralegal work. She holds a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Washington, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Seattle University, and has a background in English Literature from the University of Portland.

Throughout her career, Stacy has held key roles in various organizations, including her current position at Skytap in Deal Desk operations. She has previously worked as a Contracts Specialist at TA Group Holdings, Contracts Manager and Deal Desk Specialist at Spruce Consulting, Manager of Contracts at Banzai, and Manager of Contracts and Deal Desk at Socrata, which was acquired by Tyler Technologies, Inc. in April 2018.

Prior to these roles, Stacy served as a Senior Contracts Manager and also worked in Litigation and Employment Law Paralegal capacity at Varolii Corporation, which was later acquired by Nuance Communications.
