Stacie Farmer

Stacie Farmer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data entry, database reporting, web development, and application security.

After being introduced to relational databases, her passion for technology grew, leading her to explore development and eventually specialize in application security.

Her interest in cybersecurity was piqued during a visit to DefCon, where she discovered a new curiosity for finding and fixing vulnerabilities in web applications.

Stacie's skills include proficiency in OWASP Top 10, Kali Linux, BurpSuite CE, Wireshark, and various programming languages like Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's Degree in Business from Salt Lake Community College, Stacie combines her educational background with hands-on experience to contribute to the tech community.

She has been actively involved in organizations like Girl Develop It Salt Lake City and has held roles at companies such as eReplacementParts.com, EM Library, Unicity International, and Farmer Web Design/Techie Grit.

Stacie is dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity measures, teaching others about secure development practices, and ensuring a safer online environment for all users.
