Numinus currently operates 13 wellness clinics offering a wide range of mental health treatments, including traditional talk therapy, Ketamine-assisted therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. Numinus' corporately-owned clinic locations are often located in clusters, which allows them to efficiently operate and generate regional brand awareness.  The Numinus Network platform offers licensing and partnership opportunities to third-party clinic operators and practitioners.

Numinus Training offers practitioners with unique training programs to learn about, train, and become certified in psychedelic-assisted therapies.  

Cedar Clinical Research, by Numinus
Cedar Clinical Research (CCR) provides clinical research sites and services to third-party drug development companies.  CCR works with many of the psychedelics sector's leading companies, and also runs clinical trial research sites for traditional drug developers.  Today, CCR operates three research clinics, located in Utah and Arizona. 

Numinus Bioscience is a Health Canada-licensed lab for psychedelic substance research, developing IP while offering analytics services for revenue generation.

Founder & COO

Leads the department driving strategy, content design & delivery, partnership curation, success measurement, and operational management of BC Tech's Venture Programs with a focus on access to quality growth & scale capital, talent, and expertise to catalyze rapid growth and economic/social impact. Most recently this has involved the re-build of HyperGrowth (growth-stage accelerator) and the design and build of HyperScale (scale-stage accelerator) and HyperScale:Capital (fundraising accelerator for $1M+ rounds and deal-flow funnel for BC technology companies).

CAIN is an influential network of Canadian Accelerators and Incubators that creates one voice for the innovation ecosystem through collaboration, education, and connection from ideation through scale to maturity. CAIN has 150+ General Members, representing Canada coast to coast (all 10 provinces, plus the Yukon). CAIN’s membership is diverse in the industries they focus on, the growth stage of the companies they support, rural or urban, and the scope of geography served.

CAIN has a contract with ISED (Canada's federal Innovation, Sciences, and Economic Development arm) to carry out the BAI PMF, or business accelerator incubator performance measurement framework, which involves collecting and integrating all startup and innovation program data with Statistics Canada tax and employment data to help inform policy and CAIN members' program efficacy analysis and design.

Collaborated closely with clients from a wide variety of industries including mining and resources, IT services and security, and marketing and communications. Wrote, reviewed, and executed plans and procedures designed to assess operational weaknesses and control gaps, isolate emerging issues, highlight areas for improvement, and identify effective resolutions, consistently exceeding client expectations and objectives.

● Crafted customer acquisition strategies, identified and qualified target market groups, authored business plans, customized IT tools, and established tactical goals to increase market share and revenue.
● Prepared presentations, tested messaging, and edited proposals in support of bids for new contracts or clients.
● Proposed and implemented new communications messages and platforms, including branding, investor relations packages, marketing and onboarding materials, social media programs, etc. 
● Developed client websites, leading the process from clarifying the key messaging (value proposition, differentiation points, competitive analysis, etc.) through visual design iterations to completion and delivery. 
● Established lead generation, sales and marketing processes from scratch, including the formation and use of various CRMs, automated marketing software, script and email content creation, webinars and whitepapers, and analytics.  
● Created and refined management reporting tools and dashboards that track identified critical metrics and KPIs.

● Managed a diverse array of activities as a licensed advisor, including: providing quotes and taking trades from clients, doing technical analysis, vetting companies for investment suitability through due diligence, onboarding new clients, performing corporate finance activities, and ensuring the effective management of major client accounts.
● Designed new operational systems for use by multiple teams with different user types and use cases. Managed the process from identification of issues and relevant system components, building optional platforms, designing and executing usage and efficacy tests, final implementation and training materials/roll-out.

Conceived, developed, and refined the original concept and business model for a bio-related technology/SaaS B2B start-up, delivering financial and health & wellness benefits to industrial companies and their employees. Also recruited the core team, including co-founders and initial employees. 

● Successfully raised capital from private investors and the Canadian Government (through successful grant applications) to fund product development and general working capital. 
● Sourced a team of respected industry advisers and conducted primary and secondary market research to identify target markets, understand end-user requirements, and create a customer acquisition strategy.
● Successfully executed on customer acquisition strategy after sourcing, onboarding, and training appropriate team members.
● Provided strong leadership to all stakeholders in evolving the venture from the product design & development stage to prototyping, and then continuing to test with early adopters.
● One of the companies selected to become a member of the Wavefront Venture Acceleration Program, funded by the Government of Canada with the purpose of investing into businesses capable of fueling economy growth and BC Tech's HyperGrowth:Life Program, a second-stage Growth accelerator that selects the top 5 applicants/year to invest in.

● Invited by senior management to participate on the a committee with a mandate to analyze back-end systems and processes, and deliver process improvement recommendations.
● Chosen to be a beta user for a new online access platform for clients to conduct initial system testing activities, develop training materials in collaboration with the vendor, and spearhead the roll-out of the system.
