Sruthi Ramaswami, a seasoned investor and Principal of ICONIQ Growth, has had an impressive professional journey across varied domains such as investment banking, brand marketing, community engagement, and development. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the prestigious University of Chicago, Sruthi started her career as an Investment Banking analyst at Deutsche Bank and later moved to Goldman Sachs, where she further honed her skills in capital markets research. She transitioned into brand marketing during her stint at SocialTwist, followed by development-focused work at Room to Read. Through her career, Sruthi has held board positions at prestigious institutions, including Archbishop Mitty High School, and was also a former Co-founder of Neythri.org, a non-profit organization that aimed to inspire and support women entrepreneurs in India.
