Srikanth Patnayak is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in IT. With a strong background in product and services, he is known for his rapid innovation, strategy, GTM, and delivery excellence. As a hands-on General Manager, technologist, and a strategic thinker, Srikanth has held several high-level positions throughout his career. He has worked extensively with global delivery centers, product development, and professional services in various organizations.

Srikanth specializes in software intelligence, software health, software size, software benchmarks, software analysis, cloud & automation, premium support management customers, application lifecycle management customers, and portfolio and governance customers. He has a proven track record of implementing change, building software solutions & service offerings, and setting up incumbent practices. He is also driven by delivering results and creating new capabilities.

Srikanth's educational background includes a management degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and he is also a graduate of the CDF program at INSAID.

Currently, Srikanth is the Professional Services Head, India at ArisGlobal, where he is responsible for P&L Management, Consulting, and Operational Management. Prior to this, he held the position of Vice President, Professional Services & Consulting at CAST and Delivery Manager - Cloud & Automation, Project & Program Management and SMS 24x7 at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
