- Performing the role of a Supply Chain Lead for one of J&J Medical, India’s largest franchise (DePuy) with an annual turnover of more than $60M, in charge of  planning, execution and distribution of products across the country•	Successfully created and implemented an S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) guidebook across J&J medical to improve existing planning and forecasting by revising franchise MAPE targets and to reduce overall backorders by ~ $100K (targeted) per month•	Leading the implementation of INSITU – A surgery tracking software, to get right time information on implants consumed and to reduce the lead time between consumption and replenishment of implants in the market from 6 to 3 weeks for DePuy•	Worked with J&J Logistics Services team in the US for 6 months as part of a leadership development program•	Performed the role of a Vendor Managed Inventory planner for the Logistics Services team, with the planning responsibility of 13 accounts with an average weekly turnover of ~$13M•	Generated cost savings of ~ $200K and reduced product damages by 50% on a LTL to FT transport optimization project with the US VMI team•	Created a Supplier Performance Metric System for all India suppliers under the Medical portfolio on a ~$1.9M annual spend.

Managed 3 different projects involving a global cost reduction program for the Invensys Supply Chain group, with an expected resulted of 10% savings for the organization.Successfully negotiated and managed with 6 different suppliers in a $2.4M strategic plastics sourcing project into Mexico.Managed third party service provider and co-coordinated with 6 other internal Invensys divisions to provide cost reductions on a $1.8B annual spend for the company.

Identified a monthly variance of $12M at a Memphis warehouse producing an average of 5000 printers per day and successfully reduced inventory variance to $1000 in 6 months. Managed quality control for the team to increase the average monthly resolved variances from 150 to 250 and to reduce the turnaround time from 13 to 6 days.Maintained 100% turnaround time and accuracy for the Latin American process thus earning the "Worldwide GIS migration appreciation award." Successfully led a quality control project for the Latin American process resulting in 9880 saved minutes of processing time and re-allocation of 2 full time employees for optimal resource utilization.Awarded the Green Belt six sigma quality certification for the successful completion of the project.
