Spencer Pratt is a healthcare tech entrepreneur and a passionate pontoon and walleye loyalist with a keen interest in sports. He holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College and pursued further studies in Economics at Cambridge University.

Spencer has held various notable positions including Vice President of Sales Solutions at Unite Us, Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, Vice President of Product, Director of Product Management, and Director of Analytics at Carrot Health. Prior to this, he worked as a Manager of Consumer Analytics and Strategy at UnitedHealth Group and as a Private Equity Analyst at Granite Equity Partners.

During his career, Spencer Pratt also served as an Assistant Men's Varsity Basketball Coach at Carleton College and gained valuable experiences through internships at Northfield Enterprise Center and City of Eagan.
