With experience as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia and as Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, Spence has a deep understanding of complex civil and criminal white-collar matters.
His expertise includes advising and defending companies, boards, and executives in cases involving False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, cyber intrusion, data breaches, State Attorneys General Investigations, and consumer protection issues.
