Chele Norrie is a highly skilled Program Management Lead with over 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management, and a keen focus on Risk, Fraud, and Operational Strategy. She is an MBA graduate with expertise in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Advertising.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Chele Norrie is an avid motorcyclist who enjoys reading, traveling, marathon running, and being a dog mother. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience managing programs for top companies such as Stripe and Airbnb. She has occupied several positions including Global Program Management Supervisor, Global Program Management Lead, Program Manager, Compliance Program Manager, Fraud & Risk Analyst, and Case Manager, Crisis Response. In addition, she has volunteered at Himachal Education Foundation and worked as a Marketing Director, PR with Kepler Family Chiropractic. Before that, she exercised her communication skills as a Technical Writer, Copyeditor - Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor at A Daé Spa (Wellness Journey).
