Sophie Ouellet is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the group benefits sector, currently serving as Vice President overseeing business development activities across all regions in Canada for Sun Life Financial. With a background in actuarial studies from Université Laval and holding esteemed titles such as Fellow from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries, Sophie has a strong educational foundation.
Her journey at Sun Life Financial began in 2011 as the Business Development Director for National Accounts in Quebec, gradually rising to her current role as Vice President. Prior to her time at Sun Life, Sophie held various roles at Aon Hewitt and Mercer, gaining a diverse set of skills and experiences in the industry.
