Sophie He is an accomplished M&A Director with an extensive background in the pharmaceuticals industry. With a proven track record in strategy, M&A, BD, operation, and finance, she has developed a broad range of skills applicable to both pharmaceutical and finance industry. Sophie holds a Ph.D. in Computational and Systems Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the National University of Singapore, as well as a B.S. in Biotechnology from Wuhan University. Prior to her role as an M&A Director at Sanofi, Sophie has held senior positions such as Operational Projects Head, Chief of Staff, Business Development Manager at Sanofi, and Senior Research Manager in Healthcare Practice at GLG - Gerson Lehrman Group. She has also worked as an Assistant Manager, Transactional Banking at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. Sophie's expertise spans across M&A, healthcare, strategy, finance, and biotechnology.
