Sonia Maryasov is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, and Psychology. She graduated with the highest honors from Golden Gate University with a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, further enhancing her expertise.

Sonia also holds a Human Resources Certificate in Human Resources Management from the College of San Mateo and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with a Minor in Business, graduating cum laude from San Francisco State University.

Throughout her career, Sonia has held key roles at reputable organizations, showcasing her skills and experience. Currently, she serves as a Senior Recruiter at Dynamic Signal, where she utilizes her expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment to bring in top talent for the company.

Prior to her role at Dynamic Signal, Sonia worked as a Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at PSAV and gained valuable experience in recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing.

Before her tenure at PSAV, Sonia held recruitment positions at ironSource and Supersonic, both of which merged during her time there. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the tech industry and recruitment processes within rapidly evolving organizations.
