She is the CEO and Chef Owner of Rooster Boy Granola, a brand she launched two years ago. Her granola can be found at the Downtown farmers market on Fridays and Downtown Summerlin Market on Saturdays. Beyond granola, Sonia excels in cooking, pastries, and bread-making. She takes joy in leading teams and cultivating the best in her staff. With a background in seasonal cuisine and a rich food heritage stemming from her upbringing in Beirut and an Armenian mother, Sonia's culinary skills are deeply rooted. Fluent in French, Spanish, Armenian, Arabic, and English, Sonia is on a mission to expand her granola business and create lasting connections to propel Rooster Boy Granola to new heights.
