Solla Zophoniasdottir is a project leader, process designer, and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership, business development, and sustainability. She holds an MSc in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from Blekinge tekniska högskola, and has also studied at Kaospiloterne, Háskólinn í Reykjavík, Háskóli Íslands, and Reykjavik College for further education.

Solla has worked in various organizations, including as Co Lead of Education & Learning Services Lead, Nordic Education Lead, and Education Manager at Climate-KIC, as well as Operations Manager at The HUB and Lead Project Manager at The Art of Hosting Network. She has also worked as a freelance process facilitator at KaosWorks, Co-Author at Urban Recipes, HR Management Consultant at Team 15 outpost - The Kaospilots, and Process Consultant at Shanghai Roots & Shoots, among others.
