Managed and fostered relationships with brokers and defense/appellate counsel, especially as to litigation strategy.  Directed outside counsel during situations requiring immediate action and response.  Attended trials, mediations and quarterly claim reviews with TPA.

Manage three Claims Specialists in determining coverage, responding to tenders from TPA’s, insureds and claimants, as well as evaluating claims for exposure.  Review and approve coverage position letters.  Assist specialists in addressing inquiries from management, TPA’s, insureds and claimants regarding administration of deductibles and expenses.
