Slava Leykind

Slava Leykind is the Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Consumer Investment Banking at CG Sawaya Partners, a position he has held since the firm was established. His career has been primarily focused on the consumer industry, where he has been involved in advising both public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors, on various transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and corporate divestitures. Leykind has a particular emphasis on the Health & Wellness segment within the consumer sector.

Before joining CG Sawaya Partners in 2006, Leykind began his career at General Mills in the Corporate Development Group, where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with a dual concentration through the Tauber Manufacturing Institute.12
