Corey Luskin is a seasoned investment banker and corporate development executive with over 20 years of experience in the Technology, Business Services, and Financial Services sectors. Luskin has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA with High Honors in Economics from The University of Michigan.

Luskin has a strong skill set and experience executing transformative M&A deals, growth investments, and other internal business initiatives. He has advanced transactional, financial, and analytic capabilities, including equity valuation, deal structuring, and company modeling. Luskin is also experienced in credit analysis, private equity, venture capital, industry intelligence, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, negotiations, business development, and corporate venturing.

Luskin's strong foundations in corporate finance theory and statistics, together with his CFA designation, complement his practical market experience. He is currently a Managing Director at Oberon Securities, LLC, and has worked in various leading positions in finance and investment banking firms throughout his career, such as England & Company, Landmark Ventures, Innodata Inc., Garros Group LLC, The Bisys Group Inc., Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and Verisk.
