- Led a team to explore partnerships (Apple, Samsung, Google, IMDA ..etc) and platform development (incubation, accelerators) to enhance Singapore's Tourism offerings
- Assessed feasibility and piloting of new visitor experience technologies (AR/VR, payments, chatbots, mapping tech) 
- Assessed grants and funding for startups and SMBs in the tourism technology space

- Hired technical staff and built an agile product development process
- Re-architectured the marketplace platform for easier scaling across countries, adaptable to highly idiosyncratic automotive markets and locale-specific differences

 - Managed the product roadmap, and led the product team (product managers, designers, and developers) towards building out new products and maintain existing ones
- Tech Partnerships - Integration with major marketplaces e.g. Groupon, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia
- Built out Ninja Collect, a self-collect strategy, a combination of system/hardware integrations with NinjaBox (lockers) and in-store NinjaPoint mobile app
