Simon Williams is a Technical Director at Aurecon, located in Adelaide. With an extensive background in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial and industrial applications, he has accrued 30 years of experience. Simon has a deep knowledge of cultural and technical aspects that are necessary for realizing successful project outcomes from his time as a consultant, designer, client team member, Design and Construction contractor, and specialist BMS contractor. Throughout his illustrious career, he worked for major industry players such as Honeywell, Siemens, and Schneider Group companies, designing and delivering complex Integrated Building projects worldwide. Simon completed his High School at St Ignatius College and obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide. He spent eight years in Consulting Engineering in Australia before moving on to building services D&C design management at Siemens Egypt, where he would spend seven years.
