Shwe Yamin Oo is the Co-founder & CEO of RecyGlo, a pioneering waste management and sustainability platform.

With a solid background in IT and business development, Yamin has been an innovative entrepreneur for over a decade, establishing ventures in trading, IT services, and accounting software for SMEs.

Recognized for her contributions, Yamin was nominated as one of the top 5 contenders in the Science, Technology, and Digital categories of Women of the Future Awards in Southeast Asia in 2019.

She has led the successful expansion of RecyGlo into Malaysia and possesses expertise in idea generation, product development, market validation, strategic planning, mentoring, and business growth.

Yamin has a diverse educational background, including diplomas in Business, Management, Marketing, and Microsoft .Net Programming, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies in Yangon.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Co-Founder & CEO at RecyGlo Company Pte Ltd, Mentor at Founder Institute, and participation in prestigious accelerators like Katapult Ocean and MaGIC.

She previously founded ventures like Modern Boss Mobile POS, Shwe Bon Thar Computer Training Center, Shwe Bon Thar Mart, and Shwe Bon Thar's On-demand Internet Center.
