Shraddha Farsole is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) Business Partner with years of experience in supporting organizations to achieve their human capital goals. Currently holding the position of an HR Business Partner at CSO INFOTECH, Shraddha has been instrumental in driving employee engagement, talent management, performance management programs, and developing an efficient HR strategy. Along with handling various HR functions, she also heads the L&D department, ensuring that the employees receive the necessary training for fulfilling their roles with optimal efficiency. Prior to working at CSO INFOTECH, Shraddha has worked as an HR Consultant for various organizations, honing her skills in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and compliance. Shraddha holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Pune University.
