Shoshanna Silverberg

Shoshanna Silverberg is an accomplished holistic lawyer based out west with roots from the north and southeast, who specializes in assisting management teams in problem-solving at the intersection of compliance, internal governance, external affairs, and aligning corporate activities with social good.

With over a decade of experience in the cannabis space, Shoshanna's work initially began in advocacy and civil liberties, where she lobbied for organizations like the ACLU and conducted research on various justice-related issues. She has a strong background in legislative and justice reform efforts, having served on multiple boards and committees focusing on criminal justice reform.

Education-wise, Shoshanna holds a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law and a Master of Arts in Holistic Thinking. A graduate of Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, she is known for her integrative thinking, mindfulness, and commitment to justice.

Throughout her career, Shoshanna has been actively involved in various organizations, such as the New Mexico Bar, the National Lawyers Guild, the International Cannabis Bar Association, and the American Sustainable Business Council. She is also a member of the Legislative Drafting Committee for the Minority Cannabis Business Association.

As the Principal at HTK Services, LLC, Shoshanna has successfully designed and implemented business development strategies for both for-profit and nonprofit entities within the cannabis industry. She has also held key roles in organizations like Pistil and Stigma, CannaRegs, Ltd., and Electrum Partners.

Shoshanna has a rich history of involvement in different projects and initiatives, ranging from legal analysis and government affairs to leadership roles and advocacy work. Her diverse background includes experience as a legal analyst, facilitator, investigator, project director, co-editor, founder, communications director, vice president, steering committee member, lobbyist, and human rights fellow across various organizations and platforms.
