Shivani Patel

Shivani Patel is an experienced recruiting coordinator with a strong passion for building solid partnerships and relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science from the San Diego State University-California State University, as well as a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.

Before joining PicnicHealth as a Recruiting Coordinator, Shivani previously held the same role at Segment, where she honed her skills in candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews and communication between candidates and hiring teams. Prior to that, Shivani was an intern for the Amazon Marketplace at CPC Strategy, and a Store Executive Intern at Target.

During her time at San Diego State University, Shivani enjoyed being an Active Member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a Sports Marketing Intern, and a Resident Advisor. She also worked as a Desk Assistant at the university, assisting students with housing services.

Shivani's diverse background has provided her with a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills that she brings to any organization she works with. With her strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, she is a great asset in building successful recruiting processes and effective partnerships.
