Shilpi Banerjee

Shilpi Banerjee is a licensed attorney with a focus on immigration law, particularly in employment-based cases within the United States. She is part of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has a diverse educational background.

Shilpi completed her Juris Doctor (JD) in Law from the University of Colorado School of Law. Prior to that, she pursued a Masters in Economics at Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics at Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
