Shiksha Varman

Shiksha Varman is a dedicated learner with a passion for storytelling and a drive for excellence. Throughout their career, they have honed their skills in social media management, digital marketing, event organization, fundraising, and mentorship, among other areas.

Shiksha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Marketing, both from McMaster University. They also completed a Diploma Program at the International Baccalaureate level.

With a diverse experience at Publicis Media as a Social Manager, Sr. Social Specialist, and Social Media Coordinator, Shiksha has demonstrated proficiency in paid media strategies. They have also worked as a Digital Marketer at Caiden Media, gaining insights into various aspects of digital marketing.

Shiksha's leadership qualities shine through their roles as Co-President and Director of Events at McMaster DECA U, where they managed teams and organized successful events. They have also contributed to WarmWorkers as a Finance Executive and The Princeton Review as a Campus Lead.

Furthermore, Shiksha has a strong background in marketing, having interned at Burger King India and worked as a Marketing Management Delegate at McMaster DECA U. Their passion for social media and communication is evident from their roles as a Social Media Intern at Autumn Worldwide.
