Sherry Kowalchuk

Sherry Kowalchuk is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in vacation hospitality management. She has served as a marketing manager for Sherwood Hospitality and also founded her own vacation management company, Okanagan Valley Rentals (OKVR), managing vacation properties in various resorts in the Okanagan region.

Sherry's expertise extends to assuming management of a resort on short notice, demonstrating her flexibility and quick decision-making abilities. She has also collaborated with reputable firms like KPMG in the operation of a vacation resort in trust, showcasing her ability to work effectively in partnership settings.

Sherry pursued her education at St. Basils Catholic School, St. Josephs Composite High School, and the University of Alberta, equipping her with a diverse set of skills and knowledge to excel in the hospitality industry.

Throughout her career, Sherry has held key positions such as Travel Manager at Independent By Flight Centre, Independent Distributor at Glissandra, Owner of Okanagan Valley Rentals, and Guest Relations at Sherwood Hospitality Development. These roles have allowed her to hone her management, marketing, and customer service skills, making her a well-rounded professional in the field.
