Shelby Dias is a dynamic and driven professional with a magnetic personality and a passion for solving problems and achieving success for others. With a background in education and organizational leadership, Shelby has demonstrated leadership skills in various roles and organizations.

Shelby's educational journey includes studying General Studies at Grossmont College, a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University, and two Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Shelby has held several roles in diverse organizations, including serving as an Admissions Manager at High Tech High, an Associate Teacher at Francis Parker School, a Behavior Therapist at Coyne and Associates, and a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at Alhambra School District 68. In addition, Shelby has experience as a Wellness Advocate at doTERRA International LLC, a Reading Tutor at Arizona Literacy & Learning Center, and various leadership positions at Grand Canyon University, Fox Restaurant Concepts, and Forest Home Christian Camp, among others.

Formerly, Shelby also worked as a Student Teacher, Server, Resident Assistant, Teacher Assistant, and Aquatic Department Assistant, showcasing a well-rounded professional background with a focus on education, leadership, and serving others.
