William D'Angelo III, Esq.

William D'Angelo III, Esq. is a highly experienced corporate lawyer specializing in corporate finance, corporate governance, and entertainment and media law, with an impressive track record in the technology, digital media, hospitality, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions industries. Mr. D'Angelo has represented clients in a range of matters, including restructurings, joint ventures, recapitalizations, financings, fund formation, the creation of specialized limited liability companies, and private equity transactions.
