With a Bachelor of Information Technology, Management degree from the University of Canberra and a Master of Computer Science degree from The University of Melbourne, Shawn is an expert in engineering methodologies and pragmatism in cyber security. His career focus is leading longer-term business transformations and developing ambitious, integrated cyber security capabilities for clients in various industries.

Shawn has worked in 12 different countries and held numerous senior roles, including his current position as ANZ Cyber Transformation Advisor and Application Security Lead at Accenture. He has also held significant roles, such as Chief Information Security Officer at the Department of Transport, Cyber Security Lead at AusNet Services, Enterprise Security Architect at Telstra Health, and CTO at Triskele Labs.
