Peter Sprague is the Co-founder and Chairman of Satellite Displays, Inc., a company dedicated to enhancing communication for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals through innovative technology. The company's flagship product, "Badger," is a smart badge that provides real-time speech-to-text and translation capabilities, addressing communication challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as wearing masks that hinder lip reading.124

Before his work at Satellite Displays, Sprague had a distinguished career in technology and business. He was the Founder and Chairman of Wave Systems Corp. for 24 years and served as the Chairman of National Semiconductor for 30 years. Additionally, he played a crucial role in rescuing Aston Martin from bankruptcy, where he was instrumental in rehiring 400 employees.13

Sprague holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Yale University and has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career, including serving as the CEO of Design Research and co-founding the American Sailing Association.
