Shawn Lawless

Shawn Lawless is a dedicated professional who has been involved in the Fire service since 1998, serving his local communities with a focus on professionalism, safety, and excellent customer service.

His expertise lies in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Hazardous Materials Response, where he has obtained specialized certifications and training to be part of a regional specialized team and a helicopter EMS service in Arizona and Nevada.

Throughout his career, Shawn has taken on leadership roles, training the next generation of Firefighters and Paramedics. He has been an Instructor and Program Director for various agencies in Arizona, developing curriculum, programs, and instructors to help public safety professionals advance their careers.

Currently, Shawn Lawless continues his commitment to education and professional development in his agency, creating new education modules, professional development programs, and implementing training records management systems.

He values sharing knowledge and believes in the continuous improvement of the profession through information exchange.

Shawn is open to networking and learning new things while sharing his expertise and experience with others.
