Elizabeth Robillard

Elizabeth Robillard has established herself as a successful Program Director at Worldwide Business Research in New York City, where she manages the organization of four business conferences annually. She conducts extensive market research by calling over 60 industry experts per event to develop a three-day conference program. Elizabeth confirms a roster of 40-50 industry-leading speakers for each program, writes effective copy for all outbound marketing messages, coordinates with the logistics and sales teams to ensure an excellent onsite experience, and runs the live event. She currently oversees conference production for WBR's customer experience vertical, which includes planning and executing the flagship event, Next Generation Customer Experience. Elizabeth studied English Language and Literature/Letters and Business Studies at New York University and attended Saint Ignatius College Preparatory School in Chicago.
