Shawn Curry

Shawn Curry is currently a Research Assistant with the Sustainable Energy Applied Research Centre at St. Lawrence College and is working towards becoming a Certified Engineering Technologist through the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.

Shawn's expertise and interests lie in Energy Management, Renewable Energy Design, and Building Energy Modelling. He is also a certified user of RETScreen Expert Software.

Shawn's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Energy System Engineering Technology, a Diploma in Business, and a Certificate in General Arts & Science, all obtained from St. Lawrence College.

Prior to his current role, Shawn has held positions such as Student Research Assistant and Solar Measurement Technologist at SEARC and Spectrafy respectively.

Besides his professional roles in energy and research, Shawn has diverse work experience that includes roles like Kennel Attendant, Lot Attendant, Peer Ambassador Committee member, and General Laborer in various organizations.
