Shaw Lathrop

Shaw Lathrop is an experienced professional with a strong background in community development in Boulder, Colorado and Atlanta, Georgia.

He was a key member of the founding team behind Boomtown Accelerator, Comcast NBC/Universal's The Farm, and SCRIB Coworking.

During his tenure as the Program Director for Boomtown, Shaw worked with over 130 early-stage startups through various intensive programs.

He has a track record of managing and hosting successful Demo Days with substantial attendance, creating and maintaining extensive mentor networks, and overseeing the development of innovative office spaces equipped with Prototyping Design Labs.

Additionally, Shaw has significant experience in hiring and supervising interns, collaborating with academic institutions like The University of Colorado, and contributing to the local coworking community as the president of The Boulder Coworking Alliance.

Shaw's educational background includes certifications in Rolfing and Ayurvedic Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music/Health.
