Shauna Geraghty, Psy.D.

Shauna Geraghty, Psy.D., played a critical role in the growth of Talkdesk from a startup to a decacorn with over 1,500 employees, serving as the first U.S. employee in 2012 and holding various senior leadership positions throughout her tenure.

As the Senior Vice President, Global Head of People and Talent at Talkdesk, Shauna led the global Talent and People functions while also acting as the Executive Sponsor for the Women in Tech ERG. She also provided strategic advisory services for Stanford University School of Medicine and was part of the Customer Advisory Board of LinkedIn.

Shauna's educational background includes a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the same institution, an M.A. in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from San Diego State University, and a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis. She also studied Psychology at Macquarie University.

Throughout her career, Shauna Geraghty held various roles in prestigious organizations, including being a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine, a Clinical Psychology Predoctoral Intern at Sharp HealthCare, and a Practicum Student at institutions like Stanford University, CHAC, and the Veteran Administration.
