Shaun Kalnasy

Shaun Kalnasy is a Partner at Harrison Co. with an impressive track record of over a decade and $4 billion worth of transaction experience in advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, raising capital, and evaluating strategic alternatives.

His expertise lies in the consumer industry, specifically focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses in various categories such as apparel, home goods, outdoor products, sporting goods, and food and beverage.

Shaun holds an MBA in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Prior to his current role at Harrison Co., he served as the Managing Director at Capstone Headwaters and has held positions in business development at a large publicly-traded consumer products OEM, investment banking at Stephens Inc., and even had a successful career as a professional soccer player at Chivas USA (MLS) and the Atlanta Silverbacks.
