Aaron Solganick
Aaron Solganick is a senior-level investment banker and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professional with over 25 years of experience. Based in Los Angeles, California, he has advised and facilitated M&A transactions valued at $8.6B to date. His expertise lies in the software, IT services, healthcare IT, artificial intelligence, and digital media sectors. Aaron is skilled in the entire M&A deal lifecycle management process, including financial analysis, valuations, owner presentations, target identification, and negotiation. He earned his BBA/MS in Finance from the University of North Texas, an M&A certification from Columbia Business School, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
Over the course of his career, Aaron has held senior positions at KPMG Corporate Finance, SG Capital, Southwest Securities, and Perot Systems Corp, where he served as senior financial analyst.
