Shashi Sharma, a seasoned professional, holds a key leadership position at Genpact, where she drives the strategy for Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Digital Capability development. With an extensive career spanning over 16 years, Shashi's expertise covers a wide array of functions such as Operations, Business Training, Lean Six Sigma Transformation, and Capability Development.
During her tenure, Shashi has amassed a wealth of experience, including 8+ years of spearheading F&A and Digital Capability Development. She is recognized as a Certified Lean & Six Sigma coach and practitioner, adept at fostering innovation through Design Thinking and streamlining business processes using Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) framework.
Shashi's professional journey also encompasses 5+ years of driving Quality & Transformation initiatives for prominent clients in sectors like e-commerce, banking, healthcare, electronics, and FMCG. Furthermore, she played a pivotal role as the Lead Program Manager in designing Genpact's inaugural RPA Deployment Framework and spearheaded the company's first Strategic Sourcing engagement under a gain share model.
Apart from her professional certifications as a Design Thinking Instructor, Black Belt Certified Lean & 6σ Coach, and expertise in Property and Liability Insurance, Project Management, and Instructional Design, Shashi Sharma completed her BSc in Industrial Fish and Fisheries from the University of Jammu.
Throughout her career at Genpact, Shashi has held several key positions, including Assistant Vice President for Talent Match, leading HR and Talent transformation initiatives with a focus on digital integration. Previously, she served as the AVP for Digital Learning & Development and Lean Six Sigma Coaching, Senior Manager, Manager for Smart Enterprise Process (SEP) and Quality, Assistant Manager at Smart Enterprise Process, as well as roles such as Knowledge Trainee, Process Developer, and Process Associate within the Insurance division at Genpact.
