Sharon Hayes is a seasoned business development professional with more than two decades of experience. Her extensive background includes expertise in email marketing, domain names, and marketing strategy. Through the years, Sharon has worked with numerous clients directly or via ad agencies, earning a reputation for delivering profitable business models and effective marketing strategies. Her speaking experience includes several thousand hours of addressing topics ranging from business development, sales, technical training, and motivation.

Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Concordia University, a DEC in Commerce from Champlain College, and has taken classes at McGill University. She has held various leadership roles throughout her career, including being the Founder of Cultivately, Chief Executive Officer of Domainate, President of Seffy Interactive, and President & CEO of Sling Shot Media.
